Welcome to Archive Studios LLC. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

1. General Information

Archive Studios LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates this website and provides products and services subject to these Terms of Service.

All purchases made through our site are governed by these terms.

Archive Studios LLC is a legally registered limited liability company and operates as such for legal and liability protection.

2. Products & Availability

Archive Studios LLC sells both Premade and Pre-Order items.

• Premade Items: Already produced and ready to ship in 3–4 business days.

• Pre-Order Items: Made-to-order after purchase, with production + shipping taking 3–4 weeks.

Product availability, descriptions, and pricing may change at any time. We reserve the right to:

• Limit or adjust quantities

• Update or modify product details

• Switch listings from Premade to Pre-Order once premade stock sells out

• Discontinue items at any time

• Cancel any order at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to payment issues, inventory errors, or suspected fraudulent activity

Colors and sizing may vary slightly due to screen displays and manufacturing differences.

3. Pre-Order & Premade Terms

By purchasing from Archive Studios LLC:

• Premade items will ship 3–4 business days after order confirmation.

• Pre-order items will ship 3–4 weeks after production, which begins once the order is placed.

• Pre-orders cannot be canceled after purchase.

• Mixed drops (both Premade and Pre-Order) will ship premade items immediately. Remaining pre-orders will ship once production is complete.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may be adjusted at any time.

Payment must be completed at checkout. Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will be canceled.

5. Chargeback Policy

 

 

 

By purchasing from Archive Studios LLC, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for:

 

• Shipping delays

• Pre-order production times

• Lost, stolen, or carrier-damaged packages

• Attempting to bypass our refund/return policy

If a chargeback is filed:

• Archive Studios LLC will provide proof of shipment, communication, and policy acknowledgment.

• You may be permanently banned from future purchases.

• Legal action may be taken to recover the order amount, fees, and damages if necessary.

Purchasing from our website constitutes full acceptance of this policy.

 

6. Shipping

By placing an order, you agree to the terms listed in our Shipping Policy.

• Standard shipping is $15.

• Premade items ship in 3–4 business days.

• Pre-orders ship in 3–4 weeks (production + delivery).

• Archive Studios LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or carrier-damaged packages.

7. Returns & Refunds

Archive Studios LLC does not accept returns or refunds, except in cases where:

• The wrong size was sent due to our error, or

• The item arrived damaged due to our production process

All instructions and requirements are listed in our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Order Accuracy

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and contact information at checkout.

Archive Studios LLC cannot:

• Edit an order once processed

• Change addresses after an order is placed

• Refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or services to:

• Break any law or regulation

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the website

• Upload harmful code, viruses, or malware

Archive Studios LLC reserves the right to terminate access for violations.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website—including designs, product images, logos, and branding—is the property of Archive Studios LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Archive Studios LLC is not liable for:

• Service interruptions

• Shipping delays or carrier errors

• Any damages arising from the use of our products or website

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your purchase.
