Shipping Policy

At Archive Studios, we offer both Premade and Pre-Order items. Please make sure to read each product’s description carefully before purchasing so you know which type of item you are ordering.

Premade Items:

 

Premade items are already produced and ready to ship.

• Processing & Shipping Time: 3–4 business days

• Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Order Items:

Pre-order items are not kept in bulk. Once your order is placed, we begin production.

 

• Production + Shipping Time: 3–4 weeks total

• This includes both manufacturing and shipping time.

• Production times may vary depending on order volume, but we aim to stay within the stated timeframe.

Mixed Drops: (Premade + Pre-Order Releases)

During certain drops, Archive Studios may release a set number of premade pieces, and once those sell out, the listing will switch to Pre-Order.

• Premade items ship immediately (3–4 business days).

• After the premade quantity sells out, all remaining orders are processed as pre-orders.

• Pre-orders ship once production is completed within the 3–4 week timeframe.

Shipping Rates:

• Standard Shipping: $15

• Shipping cost is applied at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Archive Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or carrier-damaged packages.

• If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.

• If your package arrives damaged in transit, please file a damage claim with the carrier.

• We will assist where possible, but Archive Studios cannot replace or refund items lost or damaged by the carrier.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We cannot change addresses once an order has been processed, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Tracking Information:

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Refunds & Returns:

Archive Studios does not accept refunds or returns unless:

• You received the wrong size due to our fulfillment error, or

• Your item arrived damaged due to our production process
