• We do not accept refunds for change of mind.

Exchanges for Sizing Issues:

•If you receive a product in the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange.

•Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

•If your item arrives damaged or defective due to our error, please contact us immediately at archivestudios.us@gmail.com with a photo of the item.

• We will provide a replacement or exchange as soon as possible.

How to Return an Item:

1. Email us at archivestudios.us@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return (wrong size or damage).

2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions, including the address to send the item back.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include any tags, accessories, or inserts.

4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective due to our error.

5. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our policy requirements, we will process the exchange.
